We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Ernest J. Wielenga of Sioux Center, Iowa, born in Orange City, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob L. Wielenga and Grace Wielenga (Kroeze); his siblings, Louis (Josephine Wielenga), Garry (Wilmina Wielenga) and Marietta (Henry Mulder); his brothers-in-law, Gerald Fedders and George Fedders (Dorothy); and also, Ben, Lucy Fedders, Nelvina (Glenn De Haan), Harriet, Stan Folkema and Glenn Hubenette.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Marlene Fedders of Sioux Center; his children, Julene (Glen Leusink), Lyle (Barbara Wielenga), Karen (Joel Schuiteman) and Myra (Ron Dykstra); his grandchildren, Brent Leusink (Rebecca), Daniel Leusink (Jennifer), Loren Leusink (Nicole), Tena Huitema, Craig Wielenga (Lori), Stacy Wielenga, Ryan Wielenga (Cassie), Lindsay Staudy (Fred), Kari Jungemann (Lucas), Nicole Larson (Nathan), Abigail Cordel (Nathaniel) and Adam Dykstra (Kaley); his grandchildren-in-law, Mike and Audrey Fedders of George; and his grandchildren, Bernie and Irma Fedders of Orange City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Orange City Area Home Health and Hospice or the First Christian Reformed Church in Orange City.
