With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adrian Van Hofwegen (Sioux Center, Iowa), born in Hawarden, Iowa, who passed away on May 28, 2019 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Hofwegen and Cora Van Hofwegen (Faber); his son Pete; his granddaughter Stacey; his son-in-law Eldon De Wild; and his siblings, Marinus, Bill, Kryna Rozeboom and Liz Fluit.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Cuperus; his daughter Noella Haveman (Ed) of Hull, IA; his daughter-in-law Sharleen Van Hofwegen of Colton, SD; his daughters, Bonnie De Stigter (Phil) of Sioux Center, IA and LuAnn De Wild of Hull, IA; and his brothers, Case, Dick, Arie, John, Herm, Mart, Bob and Carl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be directed to missions.
