He is survived by: his wife Dixie Decker of Silver City; his children, Debra Erickson (Mark) of Malvern, IA, Frank Jr. Decker (Dorrie) of Davenport, IA and Cindy Lou Decker of Ralston, NE; and his sisters, Jean Mullins of Bellevue, NE and Lois Severance of Mulberry, FL. He is also survived by other relatives; and many special friends.
