He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard A. Decker and Georgina E. Decker (Owens); his wife Donna Jean Dale; his siblings, Harold "Bill" Decker, Leroy Decker, Infant James Decker, Wayne "Swede" Decker and Darlene Thomas; his nephews, Billy Decker, Dennis Decker, Doug Decker and Jim Decker Angela Decker; and his niece Debra Asher.
He is survived by: his son David Decker (Deb) of What Cheer; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Stewart of Delta, Larry Stewart of Georgia and Donna Decker of Sigourney. He is also survived by several grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
