She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrl Appleget and Ethel Appleget (Hollingsworth); her husband Gene "Weenie" Edmundson; her brothers, Dean and Clarence Appleget; and her brother-in-law John Deitrich.
She is survived by: her sons, David Edmundson (Becky) of Eldridge and Joe Edmundson (Stacy) of Andover, Kansas; her grandchildren, Scott, Rachel, Mitchell, Jack and Nick; her siblings, Rex Appleget (Barb) of Swisher and Ruth Deitrich of Davenport; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Appleget and Rosemary Appleget. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for the Sigourney United Methodist Church or Lewis Memorial Fountain.
