He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Leota Rutherford (DeMoney); his sister Evelyn A. Rutherford Kauffman (Fred); his sister-in-law Sharon K. Williams Rutherford; and his brother Lloyd Rutherford.
He is survived by: his brother Richard Rutherford of Barnes City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
