She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Florang (Riley) and Vivian Tarvin Florang; and her niece Denise Christian. She is survived by: her children, Shelly Glandon of Oskaloosa, Amy Stevens (Monica) of Marion, Ericka Miller (Michelle) of Cedar Rapids, Riley Northup of Sigourney and Wendy Bailey of Washington; her sisters, Barbara Casper of Bussey, Alice Stramer (Dan) of Watkins and Celia Lawson of Cedar Rapids; and her sibling-in-law D'Wayne Casper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
