She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Dillavou and Dorothy Seitz Dillavou; and her siblings, Luther "Butch" Dillavou and Mary Randall. She is survived by: her husband David Seaba; her daughter April Seaba of Ottumwa; her grandson Kennedy Seaba; and her sisters, Elaine Devore of Kalona, Marylin Snyder of Columbus Junction and Donna Crow of Washington.
