Marie Snakenberg Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Marie Snakenberg of Sigourney, Iowa, born in South English, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Mel; her granddaughter Whitney Snakenberg; and her brothers, Wayne, Marvin and Earl Hahn.

She is survived by: her sons, David Snakenberg (Jeri) of Sioux City, John Snakenberg (Pam) of Sigourney and George Snakenberg (Kitty) of Ollie; her grandsons, Schuyler Snakenberg (Angela) of Wellman, Seth Snakenberg of Sioux City and Justin Snakenberg (Shawna) of Gilroy, California; and her sisters, Linda Gilliland of Sigourney and Mary Ann Trimpe (Lloyd) of Conroy. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the Essence of Life Hospice.
