She is survived by: her sons, Randy Hollingsworth (Connie) of Omaha and Ken Hollingsworth (Missy) of Albia; her grandchildren, Chad Hollingsworth (Jill), Lindsay Steinhart (Dave Walk), Mandy Cox (Frank), Makenzie, Kordell, Kyle and Kody Hollingsworth; her granddaughter-in-law Crystal Hornback; and her great grandchildren, Hailey Gillum, Grady, Maris Steinhart, Megan, Ashley Hollingsworth and Madelynn Hornback.
