She was predeceased by: her parents, Verle Clifford and Blanche Elizabeth Utterback (Knox); her husband Norman Lee Collins; her grandparents, Fred, May Knox, Chell and Artie Utterback; her stepmother Velna Adams Utterback; her sister Alma Irene Tallman; and her stepbrother Byrl Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Lyle (Donna Collins) of Oskaloosa, Keith Collins, Nadine Steinke of Sigourney, Karen Morris of Sigourney, Amy (Kurt Westhoff) and Nancy Collins of Sigourney; her great grandchildren, Trey, Sierra, Cooper Collins of Adel, IA, Annabel, Jacob and Emily Hirons of Johnston, IA.; and her sister Rose Torgerson of Tucson, AZ.
Memorials may be given to the Sigourney Christian Church, Sigourney Pride, or the Keokuk County Health Center Activity Room.
