She was predeceased by: her husband Donald William McAdams; her son Mark Patrick; her parent Amy Fuhs (Thompson); her siblings, Nielda Ruth, Marlene Jacobs and William James; her parents-in-law, William, Elizabeth McAdams, Mildred, Arvene Ward, Marie, Charles Jordan, Ed and Doris McAdams; her niece Rita Baker; and her nephew Bill Jacobs.
She is survived by: her stepfather Billy Fuhs; her sons, Steve McAdams (Donna), Tony McAdams (Luann) and Dan McAdams (Sue); her grandchildren, Lara, Neo McAdams, Jade Link (Pete), Don McAdams (Mendy), Brian McAdams (Lisa), Aaron McAdams (Michele), Jeremy McAdams (Erica), Ben McAdams (Leann) and Ryan McAdams; her great grandchildren, Melissa Dao (Huey), Quintin McAdams, Hannah Mills, Lauren Swan, Harper, Dylan McAdams, Jasmine and Brooke Glen; and her great great grandchildren, Bentley, Payton, Kenzie Dao, Hayden McAdams and Colton Thurman.
A memorial has been established to the What Cheer Opera House.
