He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene Sr. and Marlene Burtlow; his wife Teresa Green; and his stepdaughter Victoria Marie Green. He is survived by: his children, Larry Gene Burtlow Jr., April Michelle Burtlow and Wanda Marie Green; and his brother Ronnie Burtlow. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
