He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry J. Holm and Carole Leigh Holm (Leanhart); and his father-in-law John Knudsen. He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Leigh; his wife Shirley; his daughter Meredith Caster (Mark); his granddaughter Vivian Leigh Holm Eslick of Sigourney; his sister Leigh Waechter (John) of Cedar Rapids; and his mother-in-law Vernice Knudsen of Sigourney. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
