He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Follman and Hulda Van Orsdall Follman; his wife Mildred Northup; his brother Wilford Follman; and his children, Dave Follman and Deb Kepler.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Bown of Sigourney, Denise Jones (Doug) of Sigourney, Dan Follman of Ottumwa and Della Stouffer (Paul) of Ottumwa; and his son-in-law Fred Kepler. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
