It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Conrad (Sigourney, Iowa), who passed away on October 1, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Hammes and Cecilia Striegel Hammes; her husband Frederick Albert Meyer; her son Frederick M. Meyer; her grandchildren, Tasha, Stephanie and Ryan Meyer; and her siblings, Leola Heisdorffer, Agatha Conrad, Dolores Baker, Eveleen Ulin, Beatrice Clubb, Edwin Hammes, Lawrence "Bud" Hammes, Marvin Hammes, Kenneth Hammes and Cletus Hammes.

She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Conrad; her children, Pat Reidel of Sigourney, Ron Meyer of Washington, Dan Meyer (Merrell) of Sigourney Fran, Vannier of Foristell, Jean Duncan (Dennis) of Granger, Ed Conrad (Denise) of Sigourney and Rita Sheetz (Jerry) of Keota; and her sister Donna Paarman of Sigourney. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
