He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Pence and Mildred Pence (Kerber); his wife Ardith Moore; and his sister Helen Kleinschmidt. He is survived by: his children, Leta Tedrow (Dale) of Douds, Betty Waechter of Sigourney and Larry Pence (Lori) of Sigourney; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Brandin, Tylor, Adam, Michael, Morgan, Mark, Bryce, Brooke and Brayden. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
