She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Eldridge and Viola Eldridge (Rice); her husband Juan Adam; her son Douglas Adam; and her siblings, Dorothy Jean Daffara, Virginia Hammes, Barbara Appleget, Charles "Bud" Eldridge, Robert "Buck" Eldridge, Jerry Eldridge, James Eldridge and Larry Eldridge.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Adam (Jane Baumert) of Fort Mohave, David Adam (Patricia Trayham) of Oakley and Phillip Adam (Emma Kolosick) of Tucson; her daughter-in-law Rosemary Adam of North Liberty; and her sister Linda Van Fleet. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
