He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Rouw and Aldeda Jean Axmear Rouw; his uncle Dick Axmears; his nephew Jacob; and his aunts, Cora Kuiper and Jo Ann Septer.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Veeman of Delta; his daughter Ashley Diers (Jared) of Lake Keomah; his grandchildren, Sophia, Angel Diers and Zander Orellana; and his siblings, Dewayne Rouw (Jill) of Tucson, Calvin (Faye) of Menifee and Colleen (Craig). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
