It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daveta Yoder of Sigourney, Iowa, who passed away on February 20, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Bales and Mignon Bales; her husband Jim; her grandchildren, Tyler, Travis, Tisha and Tessa; and her brother Kenneth Bales.
She is survived by: her grandson Wesley; her children, Greg Yoder of Branson West, Vivian Bridges (Chester) of Cadiz, Ross Yoder (Kathryn Sherman) of Sigourney and Clark Yoder (Jean) of Washington; and her sister LaRue Kephart of Sigourney. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Keokuk County Historical Society and Heartland Humane Society in Ottumwa.
