She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Derby and Stella Derby (Lankford); her husband Duane Talley; and her brothers, Raymond, Harlan and Harold Derby.
She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Fritchen of Sigourney. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for the Sigourney Christian Church or Essence of Life Hospice.
