She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Kiner (Chuck); her siblings, Virginia Thomas and Joseph Gene Thomas; her daughter Keely Fowler (Douglas) of Saint Robert; her sister Patsy Albert of Sigourney, Iowa.; and her grandchildren, Dustin Kiner (Trena) of Crocker, Missouri, Kyle Fowler (Ajani) of Lebanon, Missouri, Keysha Fowler of Saint Robert, Missouri, Alexander Fowler (Ashley) of Independence, Missouri, Danita Arrington of Cedar Rapids, Treasa Dalton (Marty) of Des Moines, Iowa, Tanya Lovejoy of Oskaloosa, Iowa, Joe McKinney of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Jay McKinney of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In remembrance of Cathy and in lieu of flowers, her family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Keokuk County Fair, an organization close to her heart, continuing her tradition of supporting community events.
