Carl Jemison Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2022, at the age of 90, Carl Jemison of Sigourney, Iowa, born in Keosauqua, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Jemison and Edith Jemison (Kriess); his wives, Gelene Sutphin and Joanne Madden; his daughter Karen Minks-Greiner; his grandson Jimmy Foust; his sons-in-law, Dan Wood and Rick Foust; and his brothers, Retson Jemison, Marion Jemison and Larry Jemison.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Minks-Foust of Williamsburg, Sheryl Jemison-Wood of Morrisville, Lindy Jemison-Hammes (Mike) of Sigourney and Randall Jemison of Texarkana, Arkansas. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for the Sigourney United Methodist Church, Sigourney Ball or Essence of Life Hospice.
