It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Belva Hollingsworth of Sigourney, Iowa, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Henry; her husband Melvin Vale Hollingsworth; and her siblings, Les Wilkening, John Wilkening, Frances Leighton, Bessie Hollingsworth and Hanky Greene Vittetoe.

She is survived by: her children, Mel Hollingsworth (Joani) of Urbandale, Joi Staves (Walt) of Sherman Oaks, Althea Holcomb of Johnston and Shirley Diaz (Jim) of Boise.
