She is survived by: her husband Pat Fox; her children, Vickie Blevens and Kenneth Grams; her grandchildren, Rochelle, Joey, Joseph, Jesse and Bethany; her husband Patricia Fox of Oskaloosa; her nephew Lance Fox; and also Richard Fox of Oskaloosa.
