He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Tiffany Renee Davis; and his siblings, Cecilia Steckley, Rosetta McCowan, David, Frank and Richard Moyer.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Moyer of Sidney, IA; his children, Willis Arthur Moyer (Theresa) of Excelsior Springs, MO, Linda Marie Brown (Thomas) of Fredericktown, MO and Wendy Jo Moyer of Nebr; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Moyer of New Braunfels, TX, Inez Moyer of Sidney, IA and Karola Moyer of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
Memorials may be given to the Sidney American Legion Firing Squad, Victory LIfe Church or Sidney Fire/Rescue Dept.
