With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William A. Penn (Sidney, Iowa), who passed away on May 26, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonso V. "Val" Penn, Jr. and Effie C. "Christina" Penn (Skinner); and his son Jeff. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Ann Schmitt; his wife Pat Penn of Sidney; his sister-in-law Bonnie Lahr; his nephew Dirk Lahr (Timolyn); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Drake and Chase.

Interment will be in the Sidney, IA Cemetery and memorials will go to the Sidney United Faith Church or the Sidney Senior Center.
