We bid farewell to Rosemary L. Spiegel of Sidney, Iowa, born in Shenandoah, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 8, 2024 at the age of 97. Rosemary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Simpson and Gladys Simpson (Prall); her husband Howard I. Spiegel; and her siblings, Chalmers "Bud" Simpson, Kay "Tator" Simpson, Betty Compton, Wayne Simpson and William "Bill" Simpson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Fritz of Sidney, IA, Ruth Ward of Riverton, IA, Mack Simpson (Bonnie) of Lincoln, NE, Judith Winkler of Mesa, AZ and Kathleen Stutheit of Nebraska City, NE; her sisters-in-law, Jean Simpson and Gina Simpson; and her nieces and nephews, Linda and Donnie Sears of Hamburg. She is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
Memorials may be given to the Riverton Fire and Rescue Dept.
