She is survived by: her former spouse Erman Mullins (EJ); her children, Deanna Culver (Randall) of St. Helens, OR, Betty Mullins of Sidney, IA, Erman Mullins III of Sidney, Jim Mullins of Sidney and John Mullins (Shelly) of Sidney; and her sisters, Shirley Stokes of St. Clairsville, OH and Eileen Stokes of Moundsville, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
