He is survived by: his mother Ruth Simon (O'Hearn) of Omaha, NE; his half-sister Kaylee Harvey of Sidney; his sister Chloe O'Hearn of Omaha; his half-brothers, Dylan Cosgrove and Sean Cosgrove of Omaha; his grandparents, Jim, Cindy Harvey of Sidney, Mike and Cindy O'Hearn of Northboro, IA; his great-grandparent Helen Hiesser of Bellevue, NE; and his aunts and uncles, Jason Harvey (Amanda) of Omaha, Chris Harvey of Sidney, Josh Harvey of Sidney, Lyn Anderson (Shane) of Bellevue, NE, Jake O'Hearn of Des Moines, IA, Rory O'Hearn of Shenandoah, IA, John O'Hearn of Charlotte, SC, Erin O'Hearn of Omaha and Matt O'Hearn of Northboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
