He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Denzil and Nina Mae Holt (Kelley); his brother Larry; his former wife Charlene Faye Fox; and his siblings-in-law, Dick Payne, Jim Dills, Greg Rupp, Chris McGinnis, Joann Holt and Marilyn Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Larry Holt and Renee King (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Kelly, Ryan Holt, Charli and Tucker King; his siblings, Steve Holt (Lori), Greg Holt (Tracy) and Deb Payne; his siblings-in-law, Mike, Craig Fox, Teresa Custer (Doug), Janice McGinnis and Marge Rupp; and his aunt Carolyn Day.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM.
Memorials can be directed to the Sidney Booster Club, Sidney Fire and Rescue or United Faith Church in lieu of flowers.
