She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Eberl and Delores Eberl; and her brother-in-law Eric Morgan. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her son Bryce; her daughter-in-law Valarie; her grandchildren, Emmarie and William; her siblings, Jan Morgan Eberl, Laurie Stueven, Chris Schwieger (Steve), Stacey McCoy (Mike) and Rick Eberl (Michele); and her sister-in-law Kathy McElroy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a great-great nephew.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Debra may be made to Sidney Volunteer Fire & Rescue to purchase communication devices or Sidney United Faith Church, honoring her lifetime of service and commitment to her community.
