She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Blevins and Ruth Blevins (Beers); her daughter Meri Wolfe; her granddaughter Elizabeth Chapman; and her siblings, Virginia Blevins, Gerald, Robert and Floyd Blevins.
She is survived by: her sons, Timm Chapman of Thurman, IA and Todd Chapman of Sidney, IA; her grandchildren, Andrew Wolfe, Norah Wolfe, Eriq Wolfe, Jon Griffin, Kiley Chapman, Emma Chapman, Elise Chapman and Ethan Chapman; her great grandchild Alaina Griffin; and her siblings, Rosemary Ringer, Barbara Helms, Jack Blevins, Bruce Blevins, Jim Blevins, Raymond Blevins and Ted Murphy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
Interment will be in the Sidney, IA Cemetery and memorials will go to the family.
