She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Rehborg and Amelia Rehborg (Schmidt); her daughter Julie Beenken; her husbands, Paul Krahling and Walt Herrmann; her siblings, Duane Rehborg and Beverly Rowe; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Wingate, Jack Kruse, Cliff Rowe and Ron Bycroft.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Krahling (Brenda) of Sibley, IA; her son-in-law Dean Beenken (Becky) of Buffalo Center, IA; her grandchildren, Darren Beenken (Holly), Jared Beenken (Amy), Becky Sloan (Mark), Jessica Dagel (Josh), Andrea Fowkes (Javi Pacheco) and Joshua Krahling (Michaela); her great grandchildren, Jagg Beenken, Kaylee Newkirk, Kensley Beenken, Makenna, Caleb, Aubrey, Josiah Sloan, Dawson, Ashlynn, Zion, Emilynn, Gabrion, Truston, Brynn Adine, Larkynn, Oaklon Dagel, Keaton, Elliot, Emarie Fowkes and Julia Pacheco; her sisters, Donna Kruse of Estherville, IA and Marilyn Bycroft of Fort Collins, CO; and her sisters-in-law, Barb Else (Dave) of Cedar Falls, IA and Barb Rehborg of Greeley, CO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials in Shirley's name to Trinity Lutheran Church.
