She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hatting and Genevieve Hatting (Voss); her parents-in-law, John Huls Sr. and Reka Huls; her grandson Adam Huls; her daughter-in-law Diane Huls; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Huls, Maynard Huls, Norman Stofferan, Carol Lutjens and Janet Huls.
She is survived by: her husband John Huls, Jr. of Sibley; her children, Mike Huls of Sibley, Karen Doorenbos (Merlin) of Sibley, Kenny Huls (Lisa) of Sibley, Keith Huls (Brenda) of Sergeant Bluff, IA, Kathy King of Sioux Falls, SD and Kevin Huls (Val) of Sioux Falls, SD; and her sisters-in-law, Darlene Stofferan and Arleen Huls. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
