She was predeceased by: her parents, Mella Dykstra and Dorothy Dykstra; her husband Donald Zevenbergen; and her siblings, Dale, Irma Beekman, John Dykstra, Dorothy Mae Dykstra and Dick Dykstra.
She is survived by: her children, Doris (LaVerne Waalkes), Gary (Paula Zevenbergen), Melvin (Julie Zevenbergen) and David (Lynn Zevenbergen); her siblings, Bill and Helene Dykstra of Blomkest, MN; and her sister-in-law Alice Dykstra of Sheldon, IA.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Christian Reformed Church (115 Maple Dr, Sibley, IA 51249). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at the Holman Township Cemetery (5204 180th St, Sibley, IA 51249).
