Geneva Lucille Wissink Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Geneva Lucille Wissink of Sibley, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wolfswinkel and Jane Wolfswinkel (Hymens); her spouse Laurence Wissink; her children, Laura and Monte; and her siblings, Burnie, Hyman, John, Henry Wolfswinkel, Johanna Van Wyk and Dillie Wolfswinkel.
She is survived by: her children, Lois Van Diepen (John), Jay Wissink (Diane), Bonnie Welsh (Curt) and Pamela Johnson (Dennis). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
The Wissinks joined Bethany Reformed Church in Des Moines, where Geneva became involved with Bible study groups, teaching Sunday School, and quilting for charity.
