He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda (Kean Kuiper) and Brenda; his siblings, Ted Bootsma of Iowa and Thelma Tien of Iowa; his sister-in-law Wilma Bootsma of Iowa; and also, Carl Czirr of Ohio, David, Donna Bootsma of Iowa, Daniel, Kristy Bootsma of Illinois, Debra, Bruce Mosier of Iowa, Jason and Holly Bootsma of Kansas. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
