It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward James Kruse of Sibley, Iowa, born in White, South Dakota, who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kruse and Christine Kruse (Block); his in-laws, George and Martha Doeden; his great grandchild Alyssa Marie Zamarron; and his brother-in-law Kenny Doeden.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria (Doeden); and his children, Ryan, Rhonda, Ramona, Randy and Rodney. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the Kruse family prefers memorials be directed to Osceola County Veterans Affairs, Sibley, Iowa.
