It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Kemper (Sibley, Iowa), born in Lismore, Minnesota, who passed away on March 22, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kemper and Dena Kemper (Ernst); his former wife Wilma Sue Evans; his wife Lydia Moreno; his stepgrandchild Yasiamn; and his brothers, Victor, Donald and George Kemper.
He is survived by: his daughters, Annette Perez-Kemper and Barbara Kemper; his stepchildren, Kim Yaman of Cary, NC and Alan Erickson (Kathy) of Hurricane, UT; and his sister Marion Hinrichs (Bob) of Sibley, IA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; many step great-grandchildren.
