It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarice Mary Roder of Sibley, Iowa, who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clarice Mary Roder to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Klein and Frances Klein (Kokenge); her husband Gerald Roder; her grandson Trace Roder; and her siblings, Marcel (Ann), Merlyn (Jan), Tom, Verna Bunkers (Tony), Lois Wiltgen (Gene), James Roder (Angeline) and Janice Klein.
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Sharol), Lori (Tim), Roger (Debbie), Dale (Jane), Vicki (Roger), Doug Lawton (Paula) and Ryan (Stephanie); and her siblings-in-law, Dick Roder Remsen (Mary), Paul Roder (Betty), Karen Schemmel (Denny), Helen Roder Ballwin and Jean. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation with family present will be Monday from 4-6:30 p. m. at the church, with a vigil prayer service at 5 p. m. Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
