He is survived by: his children, Tom Van Kley (Katie) of Sioux Falls, SD, Aaron Van Kley (Kelli) of Rock Rapids, IA and Jesse Roth (April) of Sioux City, IA; his siblings, Mike Roth (Mary) of Ocheyedan, IA, Mary Roth of Omaha, NE and Anne Roth of Sheldon, IA; and his brother-in-law Terry Kamstra of Sheldon, IA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
