She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Penner and Adeline Penner (Sawatzky); and her brothers-in-law, Allen Baerg and Arnold Duerksen. She is survived by: her husband Robert Schroder; her children, April Krull (Reid) of George, IA and Kenton Schroder (Katie) of Ashton, IA; her grandchildren, Colton and Brinley Krull; and her siblings, Darlene Baerg of Windon, MN, Judy Duerksen of Mountain Lake, MN and Larry Penner (Marilyn) of Bingham Lake, MN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
