It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Postma of Sibley, Iowa, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Steensma and Alice Steensma (Idzenga); her husband Otto Postma; her son Larry Postma; her granddaughter Lora Luitjens; and her siblings, Pete (Tina Steensma), Harry (Hattie Steensma), Ike (Grace Steensma), George (Marie Steensma), Andrew (Beatrice Steensma), Ted (Bertha Steensma) and Fred Steensma.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Smidt (Greg) of Le Mars, Norma Luitjens (Leslie) of Ashton and Marvin Postma (MJ) of Sibley; her grandchildren, Eric Smidt (Karen), Emily Murphy (Tim), Loren Luitjens (Heather), Matthew Postma (Sheri), Myles Paplow, Heather Mae and Major Postma; and her siblings-in-law, Rena Steensma, Shirley Mulder and Richard Postma.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks are encouraged.
