He is survived by: his parents, Loren Jacobsma and Jane Jacobsma (Kannegieter) of Sibley, Iowa; his daughter Emma Jacobsma of Sibley, Iowa; his brother Jason Jacobsma (Gina) of Sibley, Iowa; and his nieces, Jaden Abels, Alyssa Jacobsma and Breanna Jacobsma.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jurrens Funeral Home - Walton Chapel (505 9th St, Sibley, IA 51249).
The family requests memorials in lieu of flowers to be directed to the Osceola Regional Health Center in Sibley.
