He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard B. Wold and Genevieve Wold (Mitchell); his sisters, Coralynn Palmer and Karen Krambeck; and his granddaughter Carrie Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Deeny; his children, Kim Chapman (Jim), Randy Wold and Jason Wold (Darcy); his grandchildren, Christy Flusche (Marc), Ryan Wold (Jenna), Hannah Wold, Nicholas Wold, Alex Wold, Evan Wold and Morgan Wold; and his sister Deborah Pekas. He is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
