It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Barton of Sherrill, Iowa, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Robert Schroeder; her father-in-law Louis Barton; her brother-in-law Steve Barton; and her niece Emily Schroeder. She is survived by: her husband Dale Barton; her children, Samantha Barton (Hunter Estess) of Lindale and Alex Barton of Sherrill; her mother Betty Schroeder of Dubuque; her siblings, Roxanne Wille (Greg) of Sherrill and Rodney Schroeder (Sherry) of Dubuque; her mother-in-law Phyllis Barton of Dubuque; and her siblings-in-law, Michelle Gentili (Mike) of Texas, Joellen Hovind, Doug Barton (Erin) of Dubuque, Dan Barton (Stacey) of Dubuque and David Barton (Annette) of Dubuque. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
