She is survived by: her children, Darrell (Terri) of Milford, IA, Kristine Connell (Michael) of Stapleton, NE, Melvin (Donna) of Dubuque, Juanita Collins (Evan) of Santa Barbara, CA, David (Marianne) of Peyton, CO, Cindy of Sherrill, IA, Evan (Cathy) of West Dundee, IL and Paul T. of Kearney, NE.; and her caregivers, Jodie, Lori, Pam and Jeremiah. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
