With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerod Hubanks of Sherrill, Iowa, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on December 3, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerod Hubanks to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kim Reiter, Jerry and Shirlee Hubanks; and his great-grandparents, Janann and Merlin Reiter.
He is survived by: his parents, Tim Hubanks and Tammy Hubanks (Reiter) of Sherrill; his close friend Chase; his sister Sydnee Hubanks of Sherrill; and his grandmother Susan Reiter of Dubuque. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be from 1 p. m. to 6 p. m. Wednesday, December 9, at Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Funeral Home and Crematory, 2659 John F. Kennedy Rd. Please be patient with the Governor mandated occupancy restrictions, masks and social distancing are required.
Memorials may be made to the family for later donation to suicide prevention charities and a memorial bench in his name.
