With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zachary M. Higgins of Shenandoah, Iowa, born in Fairfax, Missouri, who passed away on May 11, 2024 at the age of 27. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Lois Eileen Higgins; his great-grandparents, Martin, Dorothy Hagadorn, Jack and Shirley McCoy; and his uncle John McCoy.
He is survived by: his parents, Mark Higgins and Lois Higgins of Coin, Iowa; his daughter Emery Sue Higgins of Shenandoah, Iowa; his sister Emily Vaill (Caleb) of Coin, Iowa; his nieces and nephews, Jack Johnson of Stanton, Iowa, Axel Johnson of Coin, Iowa, Mia Marie of Coin, Iowa, Phoenix Rose of Coin, Iowa and Casey Allen of Coin, Iowa; and his grandparents, Kristie Higgins of Shenandoah, Iowa, Jay, Joannie McCoy of Rock Port, Missouri and Garry Higgins of Rippey, Iowa. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
